Saturday, September 27 was humid and a little rainy, but that did not dampen the spirits of either the Marching Tigers or the Music Boosters!
Our Boosters got there early enough to enjoy some downtime while the band played on. It’s a rare occurrence – Boosters At Rest.
After practicing at the home field, it was time for a breakfast for lunch meal, complete with pancakes, waffles, cinnamon rolls, and apple cider. After all that practicing, we had some Hungry Tigers on our hands.
Ever wonder what happens behind the scenes while the songs are being played? Boosters are holding up the sails, that’s what!
Then it was off to Brick Memorial High School. The Tigers competed against two other schools in the 2-O Class.
Congratulations are in order for a Season High Score of 81.3 and a Second Place Finish. Way to Go, Marching Tigers!
Our Next Competition is Saturday, October 4th at JFK High School in Edison, NJ.
